Any person who is licensed to practice law in the state of Arkansas and who is of good moral character and in good standing with the Arkansas Supreme Court, who practices law individually or with a firm that engages in the practice of law representing defendants or their insurance companies in personal injury matters at least 50% of their time shall be eligible for membership only as an Associate member. As per ATLA Constitution, Article III, Section 2(c)(2)

If membership is canceled at any time before the first anniversary date a $100 termination fee will apply in addition to any unpaid balance for the original membership rate. Renewals will be automatic and require 30 days notice for cancellation.
