Summary

Decades of science, experience and hard work by highway safety professionals resulted in carefully crafted, serious federal motor carrier safety regulations and state CDL Rules of the Road that DO make our highways safer. We know from numerous trials and hundreds of focus groups/mock trials that when these rules are broken by the commercial driver and motor carrier‚ causing injury or death, the motor carrier/ professional driver will be held responsible. Learn how to prove this liability and successfully represent Plaintiffs in this type of commercial motor vehicle rear end collision case.
