Winning the Case in Defense Witness Depositions

Witness Depositions is a presentation on how to prove your case through the testimony of defense witnesses. We will go through the entire deposition process; including creating an overall deposition plan, preparing for individual depositions, actually taking depositions, and then how to use the depositions to win your case. With the strategies taught in Witness Depositions, and a little old fashioned work, anyone can use depositions as swords to win cases for their clients.
